Revenge Killing- Aquittal !!!

GR was the first defendant of 9 accused of a planned revenge shooting. The prosecution alleged that he hired a gang to kill his employer after a recent falling out. After 6 weeks trial at Birmingham Crown Court and following a long legal argument the prosecution decided not to continue. Jabeen Akhtar was one of the barristers representing GR.
